Actividades Principales:

- Garantizar que el espacio de las instalaciones administradas, 90 Centros de Distribución, se ajuste a los requerimientos definidos por la operación, facilitando el cumplimiento de las necesidades operativas.

- Reporte y análisis de datos: Preparar reportes de termino de contratos para accionar el proceso de renovación, evaluar los costos de las rentas, buscando oportunidad de ahorro y eficiencias.
- Comunicación continua: Establecer una comunicación constante para informar al equipo de LySC y Regiones sobre los contratos próximos a vencer durante el mes/año.
- Relación con proveedores y arrendadores: Gestionar contratos con proveedores para asegurar el cumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas.
- Negociación con proveedores: negociaciones con proveedores para crear o renovar contratos, centrándose en obtener beneficios para la compañía.
 

Requisitos:

• Carrera profesional: Ingeniería Industrial o afín, Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Finanzas, Economía.
• Experiencia previa en Procurement
• Inglés Avanzado
• Excel intermedio - avanzado
• SAP y PowerBI (deseable)
