Objetivo:

Gestionar y ejecutar eficientemente el proceso end-to-end de pagos a proveedores nacionales e internacionales, incluyendo la preparación y validación de propuestas de pago en SAP, el seguimiento de confirmings y la atención a proveedores y stakeholders internos, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de fechas de vencimiento, políticas internas, controles financieros y SLAs establecidos, garantizando la correcta aplicación contable y la integridad de la información financiera de la organización.

 
Actividades:

  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al proceso end-to-end de pagos a proveedores nacionales e internacionales.

  • Preparar, validar y ejecutar propuestas de pago en SAP conforme a políticas internas y fechas de vencimiento.

  • Gestionar procesos de confirming y dar seguimiento a la comunicación con bancos y pagos confirmados.

  • Analizar saldos abiertos y realizar conciliaciones, brindando soporte a proveedores y áreas internas.

 

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o afín

  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado 

  • Conocimiento en finanzas, contabilidad y procesos de cuentas por pagar

  • Experiencia en aplicación y ejecución de pagos

  • Manejo de Excel y SAP

  • Habilidad para análisis de saldos abiertos y conciliaciones

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Accounts Payable o funciones contables similares
