Objetivo:

Gestionar el proceso de alta de proveedores especializados en la herramienta de subcontratación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos regulatorios (REPSE) y la correcta validación de la información proporcionada por los proveedores.

Actividades:

• Recibir y gestionar solicitudes de alta de proveedores especializados por parte del área de Abastecimientos.

• Crear y administrar usuarios de proveedores en la herramienta de subcontratación.

• Validar la información legal y fiscal del proveedor, incluyendo objeto social, actividad preponderante y registro REPSE.

• Verificar que la información del REPSE coincida con la publicada en el portal oficial.

• Brindar orientación y soporte a proveedores durante el proceso de registro y validación.

Requisitos

• Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o afín.

• Inglés intermedio-avanzado.

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia.

• Conocimiento en finanzas, compras y procesos de cuentas por pagar.

• Manejo de Excel y SAP

• Conocimiento en Power BI (Deseable)

• Competencias: atención al cliente, facilidad de palabra, capacidad de análisis.
