The Microsoft Collaboration Specialist will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft collaboration tools across the region. This role is responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of Microsoft technologies and licensing, such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Enterprise Voice, Copilot, SharePoint, Viva Insight, and OneDrive, to enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity. The Specialist will work closely with Global Product Team, IT Leaders of the region to align collaboration strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that the collaboration infrastructure supports the company's growth, service continuity and innovation objectives.

 

Key Responsabilities

•    Lead and align collaboration strategies in the region with organizational goals and objectives
•    Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure in the Opcos
•    Drive user adoption of MS Collaboration tools through effective change management strategies
•    Develop and plan the training programs to the users in the region
•    Monitor the usage of collaboration tools to ensure they meet the OpCo needs
•    Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
•    Ensure that collaboration tools are secure and comply with the policies and the standards
•    Collaborate with the OpCos to understand their collaboration needs and challenges, facilitate the communication to improve productivity. 
•    Stay informed about the latest developments in Microsoft collaborations technologies
•    Recommend new tools and features to keep the region at the forefront of technological innovation
•    Keep on track with the projects related to Collaboration tools in the region
•    Analyse data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for innovation

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is often required.
-    5+ years in IT with a focus on Collaboration/Microsoft technologies
-    Proven experience in managing and implementing Microsoft Collaboration solutions. Microsoft Certifications like Teams Administrator, SharePoint Administrator is a plus.
-    Experience in a leadership role, leading projects and/or teams
-    Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security policies
-    Experience facilitating requests and tasks across technical teams, third party vendors and internal customers
-    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time
