Litigation Analyst

Responsabilidades principales

• Seguimiento integral de juicios y pleitos en diversas materias, excepto mercantil y laboral (éstas son atendidas por el área correspondiente).
• Participación activa en litigios de carácter: Administrativo, Competencia económica, Propiedad intelectual y marcas, Juicios de amparo, Responsabilidad civil.
• Elaboración de escritos, promociones y documentos procesales con precisión técnica y claridad jurídica.
• Análisis de casos y desarrollo de estrategias de litigio en coordinación con el equipo senior.
• Apoyo en audiencias, revisiones de expedientes y preparación de argumentos.

Requisitos

• Formación académica: Licenciatura en Derecho con título y cédula profesional.
• Posición dirigida a recién graduados que buscan iniciar su carrera profesional.
• Contar con mínimo 6 meses de experiencia previa (puede ser en prácticas profesionales, proyectos académicos aplicados o roles similares).
• Idiomas: Inglés avanzado
• Habilidades clave: Redacción jurídica impecable, Capacidad de análisis y argumentación, Organización y seguimiento de múltiples procesos, Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva
