Activities:

  • Pro-active actions looking to avoid incidents and improve the infrastructure´s availability. 
  • Delivery input for the OpCo strategic plan  
  • Shape the demand of the OpCo´s needs into portfolio plans. 
  • Manage escalation incidents with regional and global suppliers and products. 
  • Act as an expert on D&T products (assigned areas) 
  • Ensure the Services deliver according to the SLAs and/or OpCo´s requirements. 
  • Ensure the Delivered of services according to the SLAs and/or OpCo´s requirements and criticality. 
  • Lead disaster recovery preparations and efforts, including regular testing and locally performed activities. 
  • Provide support for Infrastructure related emergencies, planned maintenances and ad-hoc technology requests. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field equivalent experience. 
  • +5 years of experience in IT Operations or related areas. 
  • A solid understanding of technology products in scope 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong attention to detail, well-developed time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. 
  • Experience in managing external parties and able to facilitate the adoption of standard ways of working. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels throughout organization. 
  • English speaking and written proficiency. 
  •  ITSM, ITIL, AGILE, PMP, Vendor & Asset Management, Cost & Budget Optimization, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365
