Description:
As the IT Knowledge Management Specialist in the Global deployment team, you will be a business facing individual responsible for developing and delivering knowledge materials and trainings during the deployment of our products to the Operating Countries, so all teams are equipped with the relevant knowledge on how to use them. That extends with responsibility for developing and implementing knowledge management processes and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science,
- 5+ years of working experience in the similar position doing software knowledge management and training for large multi nationals.
- Experience in collaboration with cross-functional multinational teams
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, KnowledgeOwl).
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Technologies: MS Dynamics 365, JavaScript, GraphQL, Loyalty Solutions, Payment platforms, CTI Solutions, SAP, Middleware solutions, Azure DevOps.
