Actividades clave

  • Garantizar la operación y control de los procesos de Recursos Humanos y Servicios Administrativos del OpCo, asegurando cumplimiento legal, eficiencia operativa y alineación con políticas corporativas.
  • Supervisar KPIs, PPIs y SLAs, monitorear servicios, gestionar escalaciones y promover mejora continua, estandarización de procesos y optimización de servicios.
  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de inversión y desinversión de Real Estate, administrando el portafolio inmobiliario y coordinando con áreas clave para cumplimiento normativo.
  • Supervisar procesos de Recursos Humanos (contrataciones, movimientos, bajas, control de FTEs y gestión en sistemas corporativos).
  • Coordinar la operación SIX: contratos con comerciantes, gestión de proveedores, procesos de comisiones e integración con Datos Maestros, Finanzas y Operaciones.

 

Requisitos

  • 8 años de experiencia en Finanzas, Auditoría, Operaciones o Procesos de Negocio.
  • Manejo de herramientas de automatización y análisis de información.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, análisis y gestión de procesos.
