Sub Function: Supply Chain - Customer, Logistics and Distribution
Type of Contract: Permanent

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and validating all RPM Investment Models to define CAPEX required as part of Annual Plan and Strategic Plan cycles.
  • Design & manage Hub RPM Governance, as well as driving RPM Maturity & Capability in all Hub OpCos, in close collaboration with Global Planning.
  • Drive improvement of main RPM KPIs: Circulation Time, Market Loss and Site Loss, through close collaboration with OpCo functions by tracking performance, propose improvement actions plans and following up on them.
  • Active participation in Hub OpCos Annual and Strategic Planning cycles to estimate the amount of CAPEX required to fulfill Demand Plan, in close alignment with OpCos MTs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning areas.
  • Excellent written and conversational English.
  • Excellent analytical skills, as well as use/interpretation of figures and data.
  • High stakeholder management and communication/networking skills.
