Sub Function: Supply Chain - Customer, Logistics and Distribution
Type of Contract: Permanent
Responsible of Supply Chain Operational & Tactical Planning Processes for Carib + OpCos in Americas Region, including Demand Planning, Production Planning (Brewing & Packaging), Finished Goods Import Planning and Distribution/Replenishment Planning.
Ensure the right Planning Governance Framework and defined Ways of Working are embedded within the OpCos processes, including homologation and adherence with Heineken Global Standards and Methodologies regarding Planning Capabilities.
Support, participate, and be main source of Insights/data/information for Demand & Supply discussions within Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
- Design and ensure the implementation of the defined Planning Processes Scope, Roles & Responsibilities between Hub and OpCos
- Create all Demand & Supply Plans, and track and manage all relevant KPIs associated with each process
- Create Statistical Baseline Forecast (Cleansing & Modeling) and manage Forecast Collaboration/Enrichment process with S&OP Manager & Commerce Function in OpCo
- Confirms and officialize Short-Term and Mid-Term Demand Plans to all functions in the organization
- Propose and define, in alignment with OpCo, Demand Plan used as input for ROFO process cycle
- Create all Operational (Short-Term) and Tactical (Mid and Long-Term) Brewing and Packaging Plans
- Define Production Plan based on Forecast, Supply Chain Constraints & Stock Analysis, in close alignment with OpCo, to ensure maximizing output and reducing risk of product availability
- Create all Operational (Short-Term) and Tactical (Mid and Long-Term) Finish Goods Import Plans
- Create all Operational (Short-Term) and Tactical (Mid and Long-Term) Replenishment Plans
- Defines optimal plan of shipments from Brewery to Distribution Centers
- Calculate and update Finished Goods Stock Policies once a year
- Discuss and reach consensus with OpCo on Supply Plans changes and adjust plans accordingly
- Confirms and officialize Short-Term and Mid-Term Supply Plans to all functions in the organization
- Generate, tracks and share all relevant Demand & Supply KPIS. Co-owns, with OpCo, Planning KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Production Availability, Fill Rate & Production Plan Stability
- Manage Demand & Supply Masterdata on Planning Software tool to ensure the quality and accuracy of plans, including Customers, Products, Network Resources, etc.
- Participate in Demand Review, Supply Review and Alignment Review Meetings from local S&OP Cycle and is the main source of data/information for S&OP Cycle
- Identify and translate benchmarks in processes and practices from other OpCos to further enrich and innovate the Planning processes in the OpCos in scope.
Requirements
- Years/Experience: 4-5 Years in Supply Chain Planning areas
- Education: Bachelor
- English level: High (Fluent)
- Trips Frequency: Low (1-2 Trips per Year)
- Areas of Knowledge / Expertise: Demand & Supply Planning, Replenishment & Inventory Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Skills & Behaviors Required:
- Very self-driven with a high problem-solving mindset. Proactiveness is critical.
- High Learning agility and curiosity. Ambitious and eager to learn cross-functionally.
- Remarkable stakeholder management and communication/networking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, as well as use/interpretation of figures and data. Good business sense.
