What you´ll do:
Responsible to support Global, Regional & Local DBB (Digital Backbone) Program implementation in Americas Region OpCos as part of the Project Transition Team, sitting in the Regional Planning HUB, act as S&OP and Demand-To-Warehouse Process expert including main Operational & Tactical Planning Processes: Demand Planning, Production Planning (Brewing & Packaging), Finished Goods Import Planning and Distribution/Replenishment Planning.
Act as main point of contact from Regional Planning Hub in all Project workshops & interactions for implementation of DBB in Americas OpCos.
Works together with the DBB Project & OpCo Process Lead for Demand-To-Warehouse workstream, following the transition methodology, to ensure the implementation of the Global Template and changes to ways of working.
Represents Demand-To-Warehouse workstream in workshops, discussions, testing and associated activities to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the business transformation required in their respective function.
Expertise: 3-5 years in Demand & Supply Planning, Replenishment & Inventory Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Warehousing
Skills & Behaviors Required:
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Very self-driven with a high problem-solving mindset. Proactiveness is critical.
- High Learning agility and curiosity. Ambitious and eager to learn cross-functionally.
- Remarkable stakeholder management and communication/networking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, as well as use/interpretation of figures and data. Good business sense.
- ERP & Planning Tools knowledge and experience desired
