Roles & Responsibilities

Drive and lead the Process and Control Improvement agenda for the American Region in line with the Global P&CI agenda & priorities.

Build a strong network and relationship with all OpCos,  senior stakeholders in the Region.

Contribute to the development of tools and methodologies to support deployment activities in the Risk, Process and Controls area.

Act as a business partner for Regional and OpCo MTs.

Manage a team of five P&CI specialists working on the monitoring and execution of the Global P&CI agenda in the Region.

 

Key Experiences

Proven 7-10 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, Risk Management and internal controls.

University degree/Masters (e.g. in Economics, Finance or Business Administration) and professional certifications including: ACCA/CIMA/CFA/RA/RE/RC/CPA or CIA/CISA/RO.

Strong analytical and communication capabilities and strong stakeholder management skills

Ability to drive improvements, act as a change agent and have a hands-on mentality.

Experience in managing teams

Excellent written and verbal English, able to clearly instruct and present results to (senior) stakeholders and draft high-quality communications (e-mails, memos, and PowerPoint)
