As HUB MRP Senior Lead, you will be part of the Regional NSA Planning Hub, and will be leading a team of people responsible for the Tactical & Operational Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) Process for all Packaging & Raw Materials of Carib + OpCos

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the team responsible for the Operational and Tactical Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) Process for all Raw & Packaging Materials, to ensure optimal availability in all Breweries to fulfill lastest Demand & Supply Plans. 
• Responsible of designing, implementing, and managing the MRP Process Governance between NSA Planning Hub, Planning & Procurement OpCo Teams and Suppliers, and enforcing compliance with WoWs.
• Act as a main point of contact with Regional Procurement and Global Procurement teams, including Categories Buyers for any discussion regarding OpCo Requirements and decisions on Priorizations between OpCos. 
• Approve and Sign-Off on estimation of Requirement of Raw & Packaging Materials as part of Annual and Strategic Plan processes.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years in Supply Chain Planning areas, preferably on Materials Planning
• English level: high (fluent)
• Self-driven with a high problem-solving mindset.
• Learning agility and curiosity. 
• Remarkable stakeholder management and communication/networking skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, as well as use/interpretation of figures and data.
