Actividades Clave

  • Asegurar el funcionamiento de la aplicación Heishop desde la parte operativa siendo el punto de contacto de Asesores (soporte) y Customer care.
  • Asegurar la correcta configuración de funcionalidades en la plataforma.
  • Gestionar, canalizar y resolver las incidencias en la operación.
  • Identificar áreas de oportunidad en procesos e implementar soluciones de mejora que sumen a la experiencia de servicio al cliente.
  • Desarrollo y seguimiento de iniciativas que lleven al logro de objetivos (planeación y ejecución).
  • Apegarse/ejecutar la estrategia de modalidad de venta.
  • Seguimiento a indicadores de venta.
 

Requisitos

  • Carrera terminada.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar Lunes a Sábado (9-4) y días festivos.
  • Experiencia en Servicio al cliente.
  • MS Office Avanzado.
  • Ingles Intermedio.
  • Deseable: SAP ECC/ SAC BO.
  • Resolución de problemas. Proactividad. Trabajo en equipo.
  • Análisis de datos.
