📌 What will you do in this role?
As a Global Auditor, you will join a high-impact international team focused on executing audits across various business functions at Heineken. You’ll work closely with senior auditors and managers, helping identify risks, analyze key information, and ensure efficient and compliant operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills and grow into a Senior Auditor role, gaining exposure to global processes, business insights, and digital tools.
💼 Main Responsibilities

Execute audit work programs based on identified risks under the guidance of a Senior Auditor or Audit Manager.

Support in audit planning and take full ownership of assigned tasks within the audit scope.

Perform data analysis using Power BI or similar tools (repetitive analytics – Level 1).

Draft conclusions and reporting elements related to your assigned audit area.

Manage your tasks and audit steps, identifying bottlenecks and raising flags when needed.

Work directly with internal stakeholders at an operational level.

Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and team learning sessions.
✅ Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international environment (audit, internal control, operations, or similar).

Basic understanding of data analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.).

Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work under medium time pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Exposure to audit competencies such as Risk Assessment, Planning & Execution, and Business Understanding is an advantage.
