Objetive:
Supporting with the Financial cycle (e.g. Strategic Plan, Annual Plan, Rolling Forecast). Becoming part of the month-end closing by preparing files, doing the Volume-Price-Mix Analysis (VPM), helping us to generate insights with the managerial P&L (profitability on SKU level), creating managerial reports and more . Using your strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights. Supporting to drive the Evergreen (cost savings) agenda towards the organization.Activities:
- Lead together with the Senior FP&A manager the financial governance/planning cycle (Rolling Forecasts, Annual Plans, Strategic Plans & PEC/BPR).
- Drive the financial cycle / reporting drumbeat across the senior managers across the organization.Responsible for accurate, complete and timely reporting together with the other business control team members.
- Support in leading the EverGreen (cost savings) agenda by creating actionable insights, updating the monthly reporting for the LT, supporting with the internal communication, monitoring the progress, communicating the results to the Leadership Team in close collaboration with the business controllers.
- Proactively analyze, advise, prioritize and give the relevant guidelines to the different workstreams.
Requirements:
- 3-to-5-years of relevant and practical experience.
- Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and organization skillsSolid knowledge about financial processes.
- Familiar with financial reporting and working with deadlines.
- Easy to connect with and positive mindsetStructured in thinking and ways of workingWants to have fun beside working.
- Mindset: open to go the extra mile.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with many different stakeholders within and without (regional/global office) Lagunitas.
