OBJETIVO:

Asegurar la llegada y entrega oportuna de materiales y refacciones a nivel nacional, dando seguimiento puntual a las órdenes de compra y manteniendo una comunicación constante con proveedores y plantas, con el fin de garantizar la continuidad de la operación en planta.

ACTIVIDADES:

  • Dar seguimiento a las órdenes de compra desde su generación hasta la entrega final.

  • Mantener contacto directo con proveedores internos y externos para confirmar fechas y estatus de entrega.

  • Asegurar la entrega en tiempo y forma de refacciones solicitadas por las plantas a nivel nacional.

  • Fungir como vínculo directo entre las plantas y los proveedores.

  • Realizar empuje y seguimiento constante para prevenir retrasos en entregas.

  • Confirmar estatus, fechas comprometidas e incidencias en los pedidos.

  • Apoyar en la resolución de retrasos o incumplimientos por parte de proveedores.

  • Atender de manera directa a las plantas como principal cliente interno.

REQUISITOS:

  1. Experiencia en seguimiento de órdenes de compra y trato con proveedores.

  2. Facilidad de palabra y comunicación efectiva.

  3. Persona dinámica, proactiva y organizada.

  4. Conocimiento del lenguaje de compras y proveedores (fechas de entrega, estatus, órdenes de compra).

  5. Alto sentido de responsabilidad y enfoque al servicio.

  6. Buen manejo de ERP y Excel
