Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de la información confidencial para apoyar al personal ejecutivo asignado.
  • Gestión de agenda.
  • Apoyo al equipo ejecutivo en eventos o proyectos asignados.
  • Organización de planes de viaje e itinerarios para el equipo ejecutivo. Mantiene y publica los horarios semanales, y apoya con los gastos de viaje.
  • Notificación y recepción de visitantes.
  • Programación de reuniones, conferencias, audioconferencias y videoconferencias para el equipo ejecutivo, asegurando las reservas en la agenda, recepción de confirmaciones, disponibilidad de salas de reuniones (físicas y virtuales) y otros arreglos necesarios.

 

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria finalizada.
  • Mínimo 3 años en roles de asistente ejecutiva.
  • Experiencia en:
    • Gestión de agenda ejecutiva.
    • Coordinación de viajes y comprobación de gastos de viaje.
    • Soporte a personal ejecutivo y directivo.
  • Inglés conversacional intermedio.
