DBB Portfolio Manager MTC

Define, prepare, lead and execute the deployment of the Global Business Platform(s) in scope of the Digital Backbone. Successfully meet the project deliverables on time, in full and within budget. Being a PM involves managing and monitoring the deployment plans and risk management.

This role is part of the Regional Transition Team, works closely with D&T counterparts and Global Functions in a complex and fast paced environment ensuring all elements of the plan are integrated seamlessly and properly communicated to all different groups of stakeholders.

Roles & Responsabilities 

Key experiences/skills/responsabilities

•           + 5 years of managerial experience required in a complex international environment and in cross functional programs and/or ERP/platform implementation. 
•           Required work experience in Commerce & Sales.
•           Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change management and organizational impact strategy.
•           Functional skills: stakeholder management, change Management, organizational transformation, Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, analytical and conceptual thinking.
•           Fluent English is a must.
