Responsibilities:

Support the execution HEINEKEN Procurement strategy through supplier performance management.
- Gather, validate, and consolidate business requirement for the local and global buying teams, and assist in alignment of clear output deliverables prior to sourcing events.
- Responsible for the administrative execution of contract management, in collaboration with sourcing specialists, through contract implementation.
- Monitor contracts with suppliers and manage their performance through KPIs and SLAs, including reporting performance and proactively shape early interventions for problem solving.
- Manage the supplier development program that will ensure compliance with service and quality agreements, as well as assist in the roll out of Heineken sustainability and transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Problem solving skills, ability to mediate conflicts or discussions.
- Stakeholder management.
- Supplier management.
- This role requires availability to travel.
