🎯 Main Purpose

Be the bridge between breweries 🏭 and technical teams 💻. Transform operational needs into digital solutions that deliver value, enabling dashboards 📊, analytics 📈, and tools that support Heineken’s digital transformation journey.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Engage with brewery stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• 🔄 Act as a liaison between operations and technical teams.

• 📊 Build and support dashboards (Power BI, Grafana).

• 📅 Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

• 🗺️ Support the leader with roadmap tracking, new use case identification, and continuous improvements.

• 🚀 Promote adoption of Connected Brewery tools.

• 📌 Define KPIs and measure business impact of digital solutions.

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 Education: Engineering or related field.

• 📅 Experience:

  • 3+ years in similar roles (project management, translator, digitalization).

  • Agile/Scrum experience.

  • End-to-end analytics or digital projects delivered.

  • TPM methodology knowledge (Heineken TPM preferred).

  • Food & beverage industry experience (breweries a plus 🍺).

• 💡 Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Power BI / Grafana.

  • Digital transformation & Industry 4.0 understanding.

  • Data integration, UAT, release management.
