Actividades Clave

• Identificar, analizar y entender a las audiencias impactadas por el cambio.
• Entender la situación actual de las audiencias impactadas, involucrando y generando espacios de comunicación con líderes y funciones.
• Diseñar un plan de cambio y una estrategia donde se involucre, y asegure la adopción en la compañia.
• Diseñar una estrategia de alineación y evolución de la cultura basada en  una mentalidad customer centric.
• Fomentar la alineación y comprensión de roles y responsabilidades en el equipo.
• Asesoria en la definición de la estrategia de cambio por iniciativa dentro del programa de CC.
• Alinear y movilizar al equipo para garantizar el cumplimiento del plan.

Requisitos

• Carrera terminada: Ing. Industrial, Lic. Psicología, o afin.
• 5+ de experiencia (min. 3+ en Change Management).
• Inglés Avanzado.
• Skills de organización y comunicación.
