Main Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects and manage scope, quality, budget and schedule and effective risk management to meet or exceed objectives.

• Actively manage and control all aspects of the project with a strong bias to avoid waste and ensure successful solution delivery.

• Perform consistent and deliberate stakeholder management, change management and communication including executive presentations, status reporting, training and creative project engagement activities.

• Plan, gain and manage to the allocation of the resources to be mobilized (human, technical, financial, etc.) to achieve project goals.

• Serve as a product owner to create the vision for the product and identify which features will bring the most value and benefit.

• Create business cases, functional requirements, user stories, process flow, functional specifications and other relevant documentation

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor´s degree. Master´s degree preferred.

• 10+ years in IT roles with project management preferred.

• English proficiency: advanced  

• Travel availability. (USA Visa)

• Strong stakeholder management

• Experience with change management
