Responsabilidaes principales:

• Revisión BackLog / Tickets 3 Strikes / +Diferentes indicadores

• Revisa con Solution Delivery de cada torre los indicadores / tickets / problems etc

• Prioriza Tickets de la torre según la necesidad del negocio

• Revisa SLA's de los Productos / Aplicaciones

• Presenta la Información a las funciones y acuerda los siguientes pasos

• Da Inputs al Service Management de las áreas de oportunidad

Requisitos:

• Formación: Tecnologías de la Información o afín.
• Años de experiencia: 3-5 años en roles relacionados.
• Competencias funcionales: herramientas de gestión de proyectos, metodologías ágiles.
• Inglés: intermedio-avanzado
