Responsabilidades:

  • Establecer sistemas de monitoreo para identificar problemas y tomar decisiones sobre el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Evaluar y prever necesidades futuras para garantizar que la infraestructura pueda soportar la carga de trabajo.
  • Evaluar y decidir sobre la adopción de nuevas herramientas o tecnologías que mejoren la eficiencia.
  • Tomar decisiones sobre la resolución de incidentes y la gestión de problemas, priorizando según su impacto en el negocio.
  • Coordinar con otros departamentos y partes interesadas para asegurar que las decisiones se alineen con los objetivos generales de la organización.
  • Definir las estrategias de optimización de aplicaciones / licencias.

 

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Licenciaturas / Ingenierias de Tecnologías o de procesos.
  • Experiencia: 3-5 años de experiencia en procesos de negocio o en soporte de TI.
    • Preferentemente experiencia en soporte aplicaciones.
  • Inglés: avanzado
  • Experiencia en presentaciones ejecutivas.
  • Habilidad para conectar y colaborar con diferentes equipos.
  • Liderazo y capacidad de tomar decisiones.
