Propósito del rol:
Es un coordinador/a de marketing omnicanal que gestiona campañas, presupuestos y relaciones con plataformas digitales (como Amazon, Rappi, Walmart) y canales B2B (como Heishop y SIX), además de dar seguimiento a marcas de ALSEA (como PF Chang’s y Chilli’s). Su trabajo combina planeación estratégica, ejecución táctica y manejo operativo en múltiples canales.
Actividades clave:
- Gestión de proyectos y campañas: Capacidad para coordinar múltiples iniciativas simultáneamente.
- Relación con plataformas digitales: Experiencia trabajando con e-commerce y retail media.
- Planeación estratégica: Visión para construir planes mensuales/anuales y activar campañas.
- Análisis comercial y presupuestal: Dominio de presupuestos, pagos y retorno de inversión.
- Comunicación efectiva: Para liderar juntas semanales con distintos stakeholders.
- Conocimiento de trade marketing y B2B: Ideal si ha trabajado con canales como SIX o Heishop.
- Experiencia con marcas de consumo o retail/restaurantes: Plus si conoce ALSEA o similares.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia de 3 a 4 años en omnicanal: iB2C, B2B.
- Inglés Avanzado
- Herramientas: Excel avanzado, PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce.
- Manejo de tableros o dashboards de eRetailers (Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, etc.).
- Familiaridad con plataformas de compra de ecommerce (Google Shopping, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.).
- Habilidad para interpretar datos y tomar decisiones de negocio basadas en insights.
- Enfoque en rentabilidad, eficiencia operativa y crecimiento sostenido.
