-English language advanced, able to keep communication with suppliers, customs, service people, etc. 

-Office tools advanced.

-Manage preventive and corrective maintenance system.

-Management of company KPI´s and work based on area objectives.

-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.

-Management of technicians and operators.

-Create and manage area budget.

-Flexibility work schedule if operation needs.

-Able to work under pressure.

-Detection and follow up of training needs from it team.

-Organized.

-Leadership.

-Work team.

-Effective communication.

-Adaptability

-SAP desirable.

-TPM (Heineken) tools desirable.
