Procurement Manager
- Source, negotiate and conclude purchases of approx. RM140 million of the commercial purchases, ensuring budgets are appropriately met and cost efficiencies targets are delivered
- Monitor the cash flow performance of local supplier to align with Heineken standard
- Giving input for a purchasing strategy or a purchasing action plan for a defined category
- Regulation of processes, procedures, and systems necessary to be able to implement contracts within the relevant focus area
- Proactively approaching, convincing, and advising both internal stakeholders and suppliers, using their own knowledge of the products and/or services
- Evaluating the performance of suppliers, producing regular vendor rating reports and discussing the results with internal stakeholders (including the buyer) and the supplier(s) involved
- Ensuring up-to-date and correct purchasing data and related information for their own focus area in the information systems
- Presentation of proposals for redirecting and/or participating in projects in the purchasing area within the set project frameworks
- Continuously improving the Procurement process to fill the gap by interfacing between supplier and stakeholder
- Continuously improving the procure to pay process align with global procurement
- Manage contract cycle, lead, and carry out negotiation activities with key vendors for continuous improvements.
