Manager - Sustainability and Responsibility Reporting
Your role in HEINEKEN
The Manager - Sustainability and Responsibility Reporting is responsible to embed related new ways of working & culture change in the OpCo. You will act as a trusted person reporting to the OpCo MT and GM and play a challenger role to address gaps or issues with progress.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coordinate and align the delivery of S&R Vital project; which focuses on improving the BaBW reporting data quality and implementing the new sustainability external reporting requirements (CSRD)
- Proactively identifies risks & issues and resolve or flag to MT/GM and Regional/Global functions as required for timely de-bottlenecking
- Supports execution of S&R functional engagement and communication
- Proactively connect with other OpCo S&R Reporting Implementation Managers and Regional S&R Reporting Implementation Manager to “share/learn/reapply” best practice
You will also be involved in:
- CAPEX & Fixed Assets
- Act as a business partner to support the stakeholder team by providing key analysis and insights for decision making.
- Provide monthly updates to Management Team (‘MT’) on the capital expenditures movement and organize quarterly capex steering committee meeting.
- Monitor and ensure capital expenditures are approved and spent within the approved limit.
- Prepare and review yearly Annual Plan (AP), Strategy Plan (SP) with the Head of Supply Chain Finance and respective MTs.
- Responsible for all day-to-day activities operation of fixed asset for HMB/HMM
2.General Insurance
- Ensure Company’s financial & public risk are managed & insured sufficiently
- Analyse, review & renew on Company general insurance
- Coordinate on insurance claims & inquiry with insurance Company
- Coordinate with HQ on Global insurance policy matters
3. Ad Hoc
- Participate in business case building for CAPEX fund applications
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or relevant working experience in S&R Reporting
- Strong stakeholder management with stakeholders (with conflicting interests) throughout different layers of the organization
- Combines conceptual understanding and practical judgement, is fact-based and a communicator
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
- Takes personal ownership, and focused on opportunities and value creation
- Other skills: Project management, structured and organized thinker, experience working within and implementing complex (preferably in cross-functional) change projects, building collaborative relationships, influencing skills, managing without control, results focused and able to prioritize
