Manager - Procurement (Indirect/Business Services)

This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 24 months.

 

In this role, you will oversee the Business Services related category; which includes Warehouse/Transport/Supply chain / Professional Services/etc. You will be responsible to strategize and manage the effective utilization of the annual overall category spend through cost analysis, review exercise, process improvement and efficient sourcing process. The role requires this position to be able to engage business and budget owners in a collaborative manner to plan their procurement needs in line with Heineken policy and in an effective and efficient manner. This position is expected to be able to deliver procurement benefits and stretch the overall category budget to the most optimum level while maintaining high quality and service levels.

 

You will also:

  • Lead Global/Regional and local Op-co‘s procurement initiatives and roll it out to the business in a collaborative manner.
  • Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.
  • Manage the complete purchasing process in a compliant and business flexible manner and provide optimal support to business to resolve procurement challenges.
  • Ensure supplier management is in line with Heineken Global Standard in terms of Supplier Code, Contract Compliance, Supplier Coding and Supplier’s business sustainability.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in FMCG industry with working experience in procurement.
  • Good knowledge of procurement practices, indirect purchases, demand markets, negotiation concepts.
  • Strong supplier relationship management.
  • Familiar with shipping and incoterm knowledge.
