Head of Applications & Services

Your role in HEINEKEN

This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 24 months.

In your role as a Head of Applications & Services, you will lead the technology team, define infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes. You will analyze IT business requirements throughout the OpCo, determine the technological needs and implement systems to meet organizational requirements.

In this role, you will also:

• Focus to safeguard business continuity
• Maintain essential IT operations, including management and monitoring of (vendors of) cloud and SAAS solutions in use
• Monitor performance of technology systems and processes to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the infrastructure
• Monitor & improve SLA performance for all D&T applications

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT management.
• Experience with or knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, current equipment and technologies, system performance monitoring, cloud and mobile solutions.
• Expertise in managing the implementation, configuration, and testing of  solutions.
• Strong understanding of business and processes.
• A team player, who works collaboratively and delivers through others.
