E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Your role in HEINEKEN

 

This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 24 months.

 

A a E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you are responsible to strategize and drive digital marketing activities for eB2B and eB2C. You will be an advocate for the value of first party data and responsible for CRM optimisation of customer journey and as a marketing channel. You will partner with brand and media teams to ensure eCommerce is an integral part of key brand campaigns, sponsorships and events.

 

You will also:

  • Monitor efficiencies in marketing spends (ATL/BTL)
  • Ensure the right reach of audience with the targeted conversion rates 
  • Implement effective campaigns with right use of marketing channels

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferable with experience in Online Retail or FMCG industry.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysia eCommerce platforms, underlying (back-end) systems and business models
  • Strong data driven analytical skills, coupled with strong marketing foundation
  • Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using digital marketing tactics.
