Deployment Manager

Your role at HEINEKEN

As our Deployment Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional leaders to actively collect feedback, area of improvement and execute customer evaluation to improve customer satisfaction. You will orchestrate and ensure continuous improvement on onboarding processes for customers and distributors by defining the execution plan, with priority on customer group segmentation and ensuring availability of resources in collaboration with the Product Owner.


In this role, you will also:

  • Create, execute and manage B2B campaigns and promotions to achieve the targeted KPIs
  • Lead change management by create and execute training plan and on-boarding journeys
  • Feedback to Product Owner on the relevant features and work together to chart the roadmap & prioritisation planning
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful adoption with documented governance and continuous improvement process
  • Lead customer success by managing customer satisfaction / NPS score


Key Requirements:

  • Undegraduate in Marketing, Economics, Business or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales / Ecommerce/ FMCG environment
  • Digitally savvy, sales & results oriented
  • Strong inter-personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Versatile, organized, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment.
