Commercial Finance Analyst

Main Responsibilities;

1. Business partnering with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and provide financial support.
2. Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting for the assigned commerce function.
3. Proactively identify areas of risk, opportunities
4. Drive process improvement initiatives such as automation and opportunity in streamlining.
5. Ensure compliance and control in place for Trade Spend.
6. Evaluate business review with stakeholders in promotion/campaign as well as brands evaluations.
7. Participate in month end closing activities and reporting for commercial finance pillar.
8. Utilize PowerBi and various other reporting tools to assist with the business analysis.
9. Assist ah-hoc assignment and monthly business performance and result are reported appropriately and on a timely basis.
10. Act as key support to B2C and Commercial FOH monthly reports and other requirements.

Key Requirements;

1. Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of finance analyst experience preferably in Commercial FMCG environment.
3. Good analytical skills, results driven, pro-active, flexible to changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Demonstrated business partnering and influencing skills.
5. Engaged and committed to continual process improvements and tasks given.
6. Ability to work well in and across diverse business/department/global teams.
7. Ability to communicate well and have proven record of strong problem solving skills.
8. Strong communication, persuasive and good interpersonal skills.
9. Computer literate (MS–Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
