Channel Activation Manager - On Trade

Achieve company’s commercial targets in On Trade

  • Review and ensure developed channel strategies in-line with commercial strategies and drive execution excellence
  • Drive projects to grow On Trade Channels (ie , customized channel activities)

Successful implementation of brand and portfolio campaigns in On Trade

  • Co-define On-Trade channel vision, review key insights & trending, evaluate past performance to identify and define strategies to achieve brand objectives for the coming years
  • Plan and develop national consumer promotion programs for On Trade in accordance with brand calendar and guidelines
  • Ensure OTIF execution of all activities and within budget
  • Assist in evaluation of past campaigns to identify areas for improvement for future campaigns

Budget Management 

  • Co-plan for promotions & trade plans in On-Trade in accordance to the annual calendar to achieve effective and efficient selling in/out and in-store merchandising.
  • Ensure cost efficiency and effective premium/POSM management to eliminate excessive wastage.

Continuously be equipped with consumer insights and trends 

  • To thoroughly understand consumer insights and convert them into actionable channel strategies.
  • Regular engagement with sales team to identify opportunities in actual execution of channel strategies.

EOE Outlet Standards execution (PICOS)

  • Set Excellent Outlet Execution guidelines according to PICOS consumer drivers (availability, affordability and visibility) for On-Trade channel, with support and alignment from brand teams on annual basis and occasionally based on consumer & market needs/dynamics.

Key criteria:

  • Undergraduate in Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent 
  • 5 years of sales / trade marketing working experience in FMCG industry preferably
  • Proficient in English, literacy in other local language is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical thinker with a drive for innovation and action.
  • Collaborative team player focused on customer and consumer needs.
  • Committed to growth through continuous personal development.
