Brand Manager - Guinness & Diageo Brands
Role Purpose :
Supporting the Marketing Manager and the Senior Brand Manager on overall brand management, to ensure the achievement of pre-determined profit, volume, market share and equity objectives of focus brand.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager/Senior Brand Manager with the implementation of annual brand plan ensuring achievement of jobs, whilst optimizing ROI in line with jobs and adopt zero-based budgeting throughout the year.
- Develop and implement brand campaigns in collaboration with agency partners, focusing on 360 activation across all key consumer touchpoints - ATL, Digital & Social Media, PR, BTL & Experiential events in line with brand direction.
- Work with the Trade Marketing team to ensure activations are embedded in the channel plans and responsible for planning of promotional activities in delivering commercial objectives.
- Present brand ideas, brand plans, innovations to internal stakeholders via road shows and trade visits.
- Drive innovation projects based on insights through innovation gate process together with the innovation project team. Track performance of innovation and evaluate according to guidelines in gate process.
Key Requirement
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent with 3 – 5 years marketing experience in FMCG, creative or lifestyle industries, including promotions, innovation, activations and brand planning.
- Strong communication, persuasive and has problem solving skills
- Resourceful, meticulous and possess strong analytical skills
