Assistant Manager - General Ledger

Your role in HEINEKEN

As an Assistant Manager - General Ledger, you are responsible to consolidate financial information, prepare monthly internal financial/management reports and upload financial data. You will also assist the RtR Manager in driving the month-end SAP closing and performing SAP cycle-run and KSV5 intercompany cross charges, and ensure month-end journals are posted timely and accurately..

 

You will also:

  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation and upload intercompany data into Heimatch and Heineken CIL, ensuring mismatches are within the global threshold.
  • Issue invoices for monthly intercompany recharges and follow up timely.
  • Process Capex monthly additions, disposals, and depreciation transactions.
  • Create and maintain cost centers and ledger accounts.
  • Calculate monthly royalties to brand owners.
  • Consolidate the Related Party Transactions report for Bursa Requirements.
  • Manage lease contracts in the Global PLANON Tool in accordance with MFRS 16.
  • Manage reporting for MFRS 9.
  • Liaise with external auditors and assist in preparing year-end audit reports and annual reports in compliance with accounting standards (MFRS) and company policies.
  • Handle full-set accounts for the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) entity.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 5 years of working experience with a good understanding of accounting standards in a related field
  • Proficient in ERP system; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skill, highly passionate and good team player.
