APAC Planning Hub Planner
Key responsibilities

- Lead and mature planning processes across assigned OpCos, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
- Drive capability building by engaging local teams and leading training sessions to strengthen planning competencies.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and initiate actions to improve planning outcomes using a TPM approach.
- Deliver sustainable planning benefits by aligning processes with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration across functions.
- Benchmark and innovate by identifying best practices from other OpCos and integrating them into local operations.
- Support new deployments of OpCos into the APAC Regional Planning Hub.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of job experience in Supply Chain with minimum 3 years Planning
- Good organizational skills; able to prioritize and result focused and service oriented
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and excellent in written and spoken English language
- Stakeholder Management and engaging others without formal authority
- Experience of working in a dynamic environment of global FMCG companies is a plus
- IT literacy: Excel skills and experience working in planning tools (FuturMaster) are a plus
