Workshop Zone Technician

Responsibility:
 

• Safe execution of all unplanned maintenance work focusing on efficient breakdown resolution.

• Perform inspection, lubrication, schedule works, trouble-shooting and carry out repairs & maintenance to improve line performance, machine reliability & reduce unplanned breakdown.

• Excellent trouble-shooting skills.

• Very good technical mechanical knowledge.

• Experienced in TPM and ability to execute AM activities and to train operators in AM.

• Ability to actively support and participate in BDA.

• Mastered required LOTO skills and activities.

Requirement:

• Secondary vocational education (Practitioner-level) mechanical engineering or Diploma with minimum 2 years working experience preferably in FMGC.

• minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing sector

• Capable of perform mechanical repair, schedule and overhaul jobs are necessary. Also, able to lead improvement team.

• Mastered required LOTO skills and activities.

• Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
