TPM Manager
Responsibilities:
- Build & sustain the TPM framework covering Supply Chain end-to-end, closely working with the Supply Chain Leadership Team and functional Pillars to ensure the TPM ways of working are fully embedded to drive results.
- Facilitates the TPM implementation and maturity development and is the expert in continuous improvement.
- Drive the application of TPM methodology consistently across Supply Chain to support the delivery of results through the systematic eradication of waste & losses and unlocking the full potential of all people in the supply chain organisation.
- Co-ordinate, organize, support and monitor the implementation and progress of TPM ways of working across the Supply Chain, based on an overall TPM 3 year plan.
- Prepare the budget and financial reporting for the TPM program.
- Organise, plan and and execute internal TPM audits.
- Analyze audit results and monitor progress against targets.
- Develop plans to achieve and sustain required maturity level, ensure plans and activities are completed to close any gaps.
- Ensure TPM competencies (knowledge, skills and behaviours) are developed and sustained through effective training, coaching and auditing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- At least 5 years experience in production, manufacturing, supply chain and managing of people
- Proven track record applying and leading continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, Lean, Six Sigma
- Certified TPM or TQM Practitioner or Professional, or Advanced Process Kaizen Engineer (PKE), or Six Sigma Black Belt would be highly preferred
- Advanced level of computer and other digital applications or tools competency is essential
- Presentation, communication, influencing, coaching, facilitation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
