Shift Manager - Warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Lead cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
• Developing and implementing warehouse policies, procedures, and systems to optimize productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes with other business functions
• Oversee the training and development of the logistics team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Monitoring and reporting on key warehouse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Enforce high safety standards to maintain a healthy and legally compliant work environment
• Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff, including warehouse contractors
• Proficient in inventory management and warehouse operations processes, promoting a culture of excellence
• Additional duties as assigned by management, ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints that are often outside of your control

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• 5-10 years relevant experience in warehouse management
• 2-3 years experience in leading a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Multi-level stakeholders’ management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• No concern to work as shift (3 shifts in future)
• Able to support adhoc request over the weekend whenever needed
• Technical expertise with different SAP tools and systems, like SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA will be adding advantages
