Shift Manager - Brewing

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and controls all brewing processes in the shift.
  • Lead solving of complex problems, participates into Brewery improvement acitivites and brewery expansion projects.
  • Execution of the plans and activities for the shift in order to secure liquid supply to packaging department according to scheduled production volumes with desired quality.
  • Leads the Performance management process for Operators and supervisors.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science (Biology/Biotechnology/Food Science/ Food Technology/ Brewing Science)
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum 5 years’ experience with leading winning team.
  • System and process oriented with hands on knowledge on ISO9001, HACCP, SHE, Industrial Relations, 5S, SAP and TPM/Lean/6 Sigma.

  • Familiar with brewing manufacturing process and equipment technology.

  • Technologically savvy. 

  • Resource Planning, People Management, Cost Management
