Senior Manager - Revenue Margin Growth
Main Responsibilities
- Disciplined analytics (combining internal and external data, financial and non-financial)
- Building analytics methodology – from interpretation of business needs to translation of requirements / user cases. Further refinement of conceptual solutions to execution of recommendations
- Design and deliver compelling presentations with clear storylines to highlight key findings and expression of ideas
- Conduct annual brand pricing review based on market data analyses and/or conjoint consumer research to derive brand elasticity, review of actual price ladder vs brand equity, value chain margin development.
- Help develop and maintain promo tool, evaluate promo effectiveness, highlight variance, and assist in the preparation of action plans
- Partner with commercial and finance team in driving superior growth with value capture - Continuously instill revenue margin growth mindset among the commercial team to ensure same level of understanding for standard ways of working to drive value and volume initiatives.
Critical Experiences and Competencies (Skills, knowledge and behaviours)
- Degree in Economics or its equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills to win support and drive decision making among the commercial stakeholders.
- Strong strategic analytical skills with ability to review complex, ambiguous/incomplete data, pulling out key insights.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance.
- Passion for delivering result, take ownership and translating insights into concise practical plans for execution.
