Senior Manager - Business Performance Management
Key Responsibilites
1. Financial Planning & Reporting
- Responsible for running annual financial strateguc planning process including managing timelines, defining templates and ensuring that the plans reflect the company strategy
- Manage consolidation for monthly reports for Finance Director and Management Team.
- Provide insightful performance commentary based on detailed analysis for BPM
- P& L analysis by channel and brand
- Work with FD and SBC to manage all reportings for all major shareholders, BOD, AC.
- Support the finance director on other reporting requests and initiatives
- Significant ad hoc analysis and reports
2. Financial Forecasting
- Support S&OP process by co-ordinating, consolidating and presenting monthly financials forecaste to MT
-Responsible for the revenue and duty cost forecasting and understanding the key performance drivers (i.e volume, price and mix impact)
- Review and identify risks and opportunities for the business against the plan. Follow up to drive action on the risk & opportunities.
3. Projects
- Involvement in various business improvements (i.e transformation projects) and IT projects on an adhoc basis
Experiences
- Seasoned finance profession with 8+ years’ experience, FP&A experience is highly preferred.
- Able to operate in complex & fast-pace environment, deal & lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Progressive mindset and has the appetite to do projects beyond the day-to-day.
