Returnable Packaging Material Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Plans and controls the availability of returnable assets, according to the requirements of the packaging process and in cooperation with the Commercial, Purchasing and Supply Chain Planning department. Monitors the execution and progress of the return flow.
- Develops the annual RPM capacity plan for the management of returnable assets, including one-year objectives, considering the impact of seasonality, inventory, optimal circulation time and production strategy as well as new product introductions.
- Calculates the investments required for the next financial year using the standard model for RPM investment calculation and participates in the preparation of the Fund Applications for RPM investments, in accordance with applicable rules, standards and procedures.
- Plans and controls the availability of returnable assets, according to the requirements of the packaging process and in cooperation with the Commercial, Purchasing and Supply Chain Planning department. Monitors the execution and progress of the return flow.
Requirements:
- Level of education: Bachelor Degree of Business Studies & Administration, Logistic Management, Supply Chain and other professional qualification
- Field of education: Logistic, Supply Chain, Planning
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field, production & material planning
- Language: English (Spoken & Written)
- Skills: Beverage or food manufacturing operation background
- Understanding of CVE methodology
- Process development and product innovation knowledge and experience
- Packaging Materials product knowledge
- Basic packaging processes
- Supply chain processes from E2E
- Commercial function related to NPI ie in CPT, trade activations etc
- Financial knowledge in P&L
