Procurement Excellence Executive

Your role in HEINEKEN

As a Procurement Excellence Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring procurement compliance across multiple areas, including managing ISO, FSSC, HACCP documentation and participating in related audits by addressing any corrective actions. It involves maintaining contractor safety compliance through training and pre-qualification, integrating ESG and Human Rights requirements into supplier selection and contracts, and validating key sustainability and financial data such as HeiCF and CSRD KPIs. The role also ensures proper documentation for internal controls, supports ICFR audits, and enforces adherence to the Heineken Supplier Code of Conduct, while maintaining SOP compliance for Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes.

 

In this role, you will also:

  • Serve as the key operational contact point for all procurement-related queries, ensuring timely resolution and business continuity.
  • Review, validate, and process PRs and POs with accuracy to uphold Procurement Policy, SOA compliance, and audit standards.
  • Manage contract workflows end-to-end, from drafting support to approval routing, sign-off coordination, and repository upkeep.
  • Proactively track contract expiries, pricing updates, SLAs, and supplier deliverables to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation, certifications, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and contract data across HEINEKEN systems to ensure integrity and governance.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs, analyse spend patterns, and generate insights to support category strategies and leadership reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Excel/PowerBI) that enhance visibility of procurement performance and decision-making.
  • Support digitalisation efforts by contributing to automation flows, workflow improvements, and system optimisation projects.
  • Train internal stakeholders on procurement systems, processes, and compliance expectations to improve operational discipline.
  • Contribute to cost optimisation initiatives and supplier performance improvement programs.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support to ensure audit readiness and smooth team operations.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or relevant fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations (FMCG advantage).
  • Proficient in SAP MM, Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and uphold governance/control requirements.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, supplier onboarding, and financial workflows.
