People Services Analyst

This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 24 months.

 

Key Purpose of the job:

  • Support the operations of all local People Function matters within the organization
  • Responsible for handling various aspects of employee lifecycle management, HR systems administration, expat management, employees’ benefits, staff purchase, and providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries, etc.
  • Delivering people processes excellence

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pre-onboarding process – arrange for background checks and pre-employment medical check, to ensure joiner tickets raised and proper work tools are prepared for new hires
  • Manage and maintain employee’s personal folder in DocuHR with the latest record
  • All letter issuance (including ASR yearly exercise)
  • Support employee offboarding process by facilitating exit procedures and processing necessary paperwork
  • Monthly staff movement update
  • Coordinate all aspects of expatriate assignments, including visa processing, housing, kids education, annual travel budget, per diem payment, etc.
  • Work closely with external vendors such as expat management agencies and immigration consultants, to ensure seamless expatriate mobility
  • Process billings for payments, including prepare memo, raise payment requisition (PR), prepare accrual journals, GRN billing invoices
  • Employees’ benefits management – purchase stationery, birthday gift, uniform administration for unionized staff, car loan, house loan, etc
  • Staff purchase/monthly free issues/festive free issues management
  • Vendor creation
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries via AskHR ticketing

 

Qualification:

  • At least 1 year related working experience
  • High attention to details and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement.
