Payroll and People Services Specialist

Your role at HEINEKEN

As our Payroll & People Services Specialist you are the expert, and go to person for all payrol related topics within HEINEKEN Malaysia Berhad. You will be responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing (input), medical administration, and any other People services functions assigned  from time to time to ensure smooth functioning of the people services operations and administration. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately processing payroll data for all employees, including calculating gross and net pay, overtime, and other compensation and benefits
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll processing, such as tax and labor laws.
  • Effective benefit Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.



Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working exposure with strong interest to handle payroll function.
  • Knowledge in Employment Act, Regulation of SOCSO, income tax and EPF.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team based environment.
  • Versatile, organized, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment.
