Operations Analyst
Responsibility:
- Driving the execution & tracking of 5 why analysis and preventive maintenance (PM) schedule
- Collate periodic data to ensure accuracy in preparation of Monthly Reports (OPI & OPI NONA, product and material losses & product quality)
- Main Liaison with POD pillar & TPM team on implementation of shopfloor capability agenda
- Support line managers in driving the annual functional competency assessment exercise
- Coordinate, track & report all people development programs
- Working closely with People Function; responsible for processing & record upkeeping of staff movements through Snow ticket/MyHR
- Ensure that all required work tools are prepared for new hires
- Support Head of Section & Line Managers in driving and tracking of completeness & quality of MyHR Performance Management process (incl. PDP)
- Maintain compliance of packaging procedures as required by the ISO standards as well as Heineken internal standards
- Record, track and responsible for trending reports Section operational budget is within Annual Plan
- Responsible for end-to-end Procurement system processes for purchases & vendors engagement
Requirements:
- Degree in any field (preffered in Human resources, Business Management or equivalent)
- 2 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Profiecient in spoken and written English. Profiency in local language would be an added language.
- Technologically profiecient including Microsoft Office, System and process oriented with hands on knowledge on ISO9001, HACCP, SHE, Industrial Relations, 5S, SAP and TPM.
- Analytical skills, detailed-oriented, organized, independent, customer focused.
