Mechatronics Executive

Responsibilities:

• Safe execution of all planned and unplanned maintenance work focusing on efficient breakdown resolution.
• Perform inspection, lubrication, schedule works, trouble-shooting and carry out repairs & maintenance to improve line performance, machine reliability & reduce unplanned breakdown.
• Spots and rectifies performance issues of equipment during walk around.
• Hands over equipment after repairs to operator; places tag for follow up work order.
• Executes, manages and follows-up all planned (preventive) and predictive work.
• Leads or participates in TPM Improvement teams.
• Participates in RCFA (5 why) or organized for his/her team to participate, including training/mentoring.
• Supports on management of maintenance plans, asset master data, asset performance and cost analysis (asset technical specialist).
• Identifies & transfer of maintenance to operations AM Team (including CBM, running checks)
• Daily collects required maintenance information and data from designated zone.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in maintenance field of manufacturing sector
• Capable of perform mechanical and electrical repair, schedule and overhaul jobs are necessary. Also, able to lead improvement team.
• Diploma of electrical or mechanical engineering with minimum 5 years working experience preferably in FMGC.
• Preferably possesses competent Chargeman Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia
